Are you confident, friendly, outgoing, and willing to muck in with all aspects of the event? We want to hear from you!
At the moment we are looking for expressions of interest. We will have multiple roles available throughout the month of February. There will be training sessions in late Jan/early Feb to ensure you’re fully equipped.
There are three roles on offer:

Waste Management Crew

Monitoring proper disposal of waste from visitors (manning bins) and knowing what kind of waste goes where

Keeping an eye out for litter, and engaging with the public

Audience Surveys / Info Booth

Converse with event goers – supplying info about event programmes, maps and answering any other questions

Encourage visitors to complete our survey

Metrics Crew
-
Helping our skilled statistician by recording visitor metrics. You’ll get to spend time sitting in the sun and watching performers as you count people engaging with the work and moving around you on the waterfront space

Who are we?
The Performance Arcade is an acclaimed live art event that has attracted 40,000 people every year to Wellington Waterfront since 2011. Audiences come for an engaging, diverse and FREE programme of art, live music, and performance spanning two weekends. Our award-winning festival features work installed within a special architectural arrangement of shipping containers, stacked and arranged together to create innovative new spaces for performance and arts presentation. This festival offers new and exciting encounters between artists and the public.
