The acclaimed Trustpower Projection returns for its third year with a work that brings the story of the taniwha of Te Whanganui-ā-Tara to life. The story tells of two taniwha who lived in the harbour long ago and explores how they created the landscape of Wellington as we know it today. Every night in February (weather permitting) the Carter Fountain will come to life with these mythical creatures jumping and playing in a 10m tall jet of water in the middle of Oriental Bay.
